At the local level, account teams meet with clients at least annually to gather and review feedback. Results are benchmarked, measured, and shared, helping us refine our approach and strengthen satisfaction.

We also analyze regional market data and observe on-site behaviors to understand dining patterns, preferences, and traffic flow—allowing us to enhance the experience and improve efficiency during peak times.
